Since 2001 Rossella studies Qi Gong, traditional Yang style Tai Ji Quan Hand Form and Tui-Shou with Gianpiero Farina through group and one-to-one tuition, as well as seminars.

Since 2006 she studies the traditional Yang Style Sword Form through group lessons.

Since 2005 she takes part to all Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong seminars run by UISP - ADO (Oriental Disciplines) Association in Modena.

Between 2002-2004 and again in  2007-2008 she taught Qi Gong and  Tai Ji Quan  courses for L.E.S. (Ufficio Tempo Libero) Milan.

In 2005 Rossella obtained the "First level Qi Gong Instructor" diploma from UISP- ADO. 

From 2005 to 2006 she taught Qi Gong and  Tai Ji Quan at "Bloom" Association, Mezzago.

From 2006 to 2007 she run Qi Gong and Tai Ji Quan courses at SM Sportiva Metanopoli  in San Donato Milanese.

In 2007 Rossella obtained the "Tai Chi Chuan Instructor" diploma from UISP-ADO.
